For the relaxation and well-being of its customers, the Maria Theresa Mansion offers accommodation in log rooms, a material chosen due to a large number of advantages and benefits.

Research shows that wood induces a state of well-being and health just by its mere presence, with wooden houses having multiple benefits on the body and mind associated with spending time in nature: it increases self-esteem and improves mood; enhances cognitive abilities; lowers stress levels, cholesterol and blood pressure. In addition, wood absorbs excess moisture from the air and releases it when the air is very dry, improving its quality. Thus, wood creates a unique microclimate and a source of positive energy.

The rooms are equipped with: a TV, wardrobe, desk, chairs, bedside tables, double bed, suitcase rack, ladder and Prici mattress. Access to the terrace is from the room and access to the rooms is from the inner courtyard.

The total accommodation capacity of the mansion is 52 places distributed in 16 rooms with double beds and two apartments: an apartment with a capacity of 8 places and an apartment with a capacity of 12 places. We mention that in the accommodation rooms there is a mattress in Prici, the access is made from the room by a staircase on the first floor, intended for children. The mansion does not currently have rooms furnished with twin beds!

The guests included the Sibian breakfast in the accommodation rate – a local product supported by Sibiu Turism.
