The central building of the "aktivRelax" pension and the four houses with keys are located on a plot of 8,000 square meters, in the immediate vicinity of a forest, far from the main road, the plot being crossed by a stream, 250m from the Izvoarele river. Nearby there are two residential houses and several holiday homes.

In the courtyard, each house with a key has a stone grill, a (wooden) swing and a (wooden) pavilion.

The central building, on the ground floor there is a lounge-dining room for 34 people, a kitchen and 2 bathrooms, on the first floor there are 2 separate rooms with a bathroom.

The houses with a key are composed of 2 apartments of 70 square meters each, with a separate entrance. On the ground floor of the apartments there is a living room and a kitchen equipped with a ceramic hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, sink, toaster, coffee filter, cutlery, dishes, glasses and other necessary equipment. Upstairs is a small hall with wardrobe, a room with 2 double beds, TV and a spacious bathroom.

The new building, Comfort, was completed in the spring of 2o16, and has 3 rooms on the first floor with private bathrooms and separate entrances from a spacious, common hall. In the hall of the building there is a table for 6 people and a common corner for the three rooms, equipped with a refrigerator, microwave oven, coffee maker, plates, glasses, etc. The rooms are equipped with furniture made of solid cherry and oak wood, with LED TV, the comfortable sleep of the guests is ensured by the premium mattresses, brand CARDO.

Izvoarele is located on the territory of Transylvania, in Harghita county, at the foot of the Harghita Mădărași mountains. Izvoarele Stream with its crystal clear mountain water in the spring can get wild. The town of Izvoarele is located 850 m above sea level, 22 km from Odorheiu-Secuiesc municipality. The village was a hamlet-type settlement, which over time became a vacation spot, the families (300-400 people) living stably in the village being scattered over the land of several square kilometers. A wildlife park operates on the Izvoarele territory where wild animals can be seen in their natural environment.

About 5 km away is the Zetea dam, spread over 140 ha of land, with a volume of about 15 million m3 of water, the reservoir located 800 m above sea level. Here you have the opportunity to practice canoeing, fishing, swimming, but those who "just" want to admire the magnificent landscape will also feel splendid. Every year there is a motorcycle rally (in August), rowing days and music camps.

The peak of Harghita can be reached by walking (14km) or you can choose the route by car or tractor. Those who visit the place revel in charming images. The Harghita Mădărași cabin is located at 1675m above sea level, with ski slopes 3.8 km long. If the weather is favorable, the ski season lasts until April. The slopes are maintained with snow machines, the mountain rescue team is permanent
