• We accept payment with Sodexo, Cheque Vacances and Edenred vouchers/vouchers!
• The room price does not include breakfast!
• Reservations are made only on an advance basis!
• The advance is not refundable in case of cancellation of the reservation!
• For reservations without an advance, the room is reserved until 18:00!
• Tourists are asked to pay for the accommodation services for the entire reserved period upon arrival!
• If the entire reserved period is not respected, the corresponding amount will not be refunded!
• If one or more people in the group cancel the reservation, the advance will be retained for the canceled room!
• The restaurant has an a la carte menu or a fixed menu (depending on the degree of occupancy)!
• The access of tourists to the guesthouse with food, drinks and their consumption is strictly prohibited!
• The order for the cooked food is honored between 15 - 45 min. !
• Restaurant opening hours 8:00 – 22:00 (WINTER schedule 8:00 – 20:00)
• Pool operating hours 10:00 - 22:00
• Tennis court operating hours 10:00 - 22:00
• Game room operating hours 10:00 - 22:00
• People who stay at least 2 nights benefit from the swimming pool for free!
• Minors are only allowed at the pool or near the lake accompanied by their parents!
• Danger of drowning! Jumping into the pool is strictly prohibited! H (water depth) = 1.50 m
• Any damage caused to the tennis tables, billiards, darts, tennis court, swimming pool, or all objects in the guesthouse, will be borne by the person in question!
• There is no safe in our guesthouse!
• We do not assume responsibility for non-compliance with the rules!
• The swimming pool is free for people staying at least 2 nights
