The compartmentation of the boarding house was done respecting the construction of the old building. On the ground floor of the guesthouse there is a master bedroom (the smallest of all) with its own bathroom, a dining room with a capacity of 20 people, a living room, a kitchen with 8 more places to serve meals and a service bathroom. The first floor with its spacious living room offers 3 rooms with private bathroom and the 2nd floor, 4 rooms with private bathroom.

Nature surrounds you, in winter the Albu Hill awaits you for sledding and skiing, the slope of the hill being smooth, to the delight of children. In the summer, the paths await you for a walk, the green grass calls you to serve the meal under the open sky.

From the center of Gura Humorului to our location, it takes 3 minutes by car and 20 minutes (1.7 km) if you walk on the road that leads to the beautiful Mănăstire a Humorului. This monastery is 3.7 km away from the guesthouse, 4 minutes by car or 50 minutes on foot. The Voronet Monastery, emblem of Bucovina tourism, is 7 kilometers away, 11 minutes by car or 1 hour 30 minutes of hiking.

Ariniș Park with its pool complex, Pârtie Șoimu, Escalada Adventure Park and the future town of the Hobbits are only 30 minutes away on foot or 7 minutes by car.
